We are asking participants to preregister for select sessions. Preregistration can be completed by clicking the links below — note that spots are limited for these sessions and are “first-come, first-served.” Registration will remain open until each session is full; as an FYI maximum attendance is also noted below.

Certificate of Attendance and CEU Certificates
Each participant will receive a Certificate of Attendance for participating in the 2015 conference; these certificates will be available for in-person pickup on Friday, 4/24 from 12:00-3:00 p.m. at the Business Center located next to Discovery Park.

Participants are also eligible to receive Category I Social Work CEU’s for  workshops they attend. However, each participant requesting CEU’s must register  prior to the conference; once registered, you will receive instructions on the CEU process on day 1 of the conference at registration/check-in. Air Travel & Shuttle Service
Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) is the largest, by passenger count, of three major airports serving the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan Area and is the approximately 30 minutes from The TranZed Conference Center. The Sheraton Baltimore North is our preferred hotel. The hotel is situated in the heart of the Towson business district, convenient to local corporate offices, universities and hospitals, and only 15 minutes from Baltimore’s Inner HarborOriole Park at Camden YardsRavens Stadium and Timonium Fairgrounds. Plus, the hotel’s skywalk connects guests directly to the Towson Town Center, Maryland’s largest mall.

Conference Preregistration for Sheraton Guests
For those conference attendees staying at the Sheraton Baltimore North, Ashley Posey, NAREN’s conference coordinator, will be at the hotel the evening of April 21st to preregister conference attendees. Ashley will be in the lobby of the Sheraton at the hotel’s Happy Hour Event from 6-8:00 p.m. to preregister and distribute conference materials.

Complimentary Shuttle for Sheraton Guests
A complimentary shuttle to and from the TranZed Conference Center will be provided each day for those attendees staying at the Sheraton Baltimore North. However, a reservation is required to ride the shuttle and one reservation covers a spot on the bus for all three days, roundtrip — click here to secure your seat on the complimentary shuttle! “First come, First serve” — space is limited and once the shuttle is full, transportation to and from The TranZed Conference Center will be the responsibility of each participant.
